Increasing patience and tolerance, for me as a mom it saved the day. I include some of my favourites. Feel free to wonder around there are so many forms and shapes of meditating and there is always, absolutely always one that fits you best. Maybe it are the silent ones, counting, the visualising, or maybe the walking meditations (best for my HSP kid).
