Rituals give us time to process, store and restore. Our brain is a circadian organ. So it thrives on that circadian rhythm. Be it a new exercise ritual or an emotional grieving ritual, or just the way you start your day, we come to the conclusion that rituals aid our body and mind. Just to inspire or get your self care going I have written down a few of my favourite rituals to get me back on track with my mission, soul’s purpose or just joie de vivre.
